hormone levels can effect both partners. i suggest she just go to her doctor. pretty simple.

Maybe YOU need to take an anatomy class and brush up on your facts... lol. For one, you still ovulate/have your period even with your tubes tied. Additionally, there are cases where you can get pregnant despite having your tubes tied.

when you get your tubes "tied" what happens is they cut the fallopian tubes and cauterize them (burn them shut). Therefore it is impossible for the sperm to reach the egg in the fallopian tube to be fertilized. Eggs get fertilized in the fallopian tube, not the uterus as most people think, so the whole 'is it possible to be pregnant in my tubes' statement doesn't make sense. But it is possible for the fallopian tubes to grow back together, and thusly to get pregnant that way.

She's obviously missed er period BECAUSE she's had her tubes tied. No eggs can get out therefore stopping the menstrual cycle and also preventing pregancy. And it's a good thing too. She doesn't exactly sound as though she'd be the best mother.
