Yes, but the vagina is also acidic. Semen contains buffers, which neutralize the acids. And even if the buffer doesn't stop the Coke, I'm sure that the pop SPRAYING UP would push the sperm close enough that they could fertilize the egg before the sperm got completely killed off

Although there is evidence that coke can be an effective spermicide, it cannot get far enough into a woman's parts to kill all the sperm if applied afterward, and would not be strong enough if applied beforehand. In order to be effective, the coke would have to be introduced at the same time the man ejaculates, and even then there's no garauntee it will work.
On top of all that, it would dry you out and give you a raging yeast infection, and you'll end up spending more on Monistat than you would have on a condom.
